- preparation of payroll lists
- preparation of pay slips and ZUS RMUA forms
- preparation and sending of contribution declarations (DRA, RCA, RSA)to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
- preparation of periodical and annual income tax returns (PIT-11) and annual tax returns (PIT-40)
- preparation of annual declarations on advances towards income tax (PIT-4R)
- preparation of remuneration certificates
- preparation of payroll reports and specifications
- audit of payroll calculation correctness
- maintaining contacts with the Tax Office (US) and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
- generation of pay transfers
