HR Administration

The standard scope of services regarding HR administration provided by External Services
- generation and administration of personal files
- monitoring of missing documents in personal files and informing the Client about this fact
- registration and monitoring of dates of periodical medical check-ups and Health and Safety at Work training
- registration and monitoring of basic employee training
- registration of data on employees’ absence and work time
- generating and controlling of due holiday limits, determining of rights to equivalents, anniversary bonuses and benefits
- provision of data and explanations regarding issues covered by the services during inspections from the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP)
- preparation of reports related with the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and HR activities
- generating and sending of notification, deregistration and updating documents to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
- registration of changes to the conditions of contract or contract termination
- representing the Client in the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and other institutions as required
