The basic offer of External Services consists in outsourcing of payroll processing in the SAP HR system. The Client can use outsourcing of HR functions with the help of External Services or use the vast functionalities of the SAP HR system on his own.

We provide everything necessary for efficient management of HR and payroll processes in an enterprise. We are the only company on the market offering our Clients comprehensive services including:

• payroll processing and HR administration services provided by our own professional team
• helpdesk, comprising unlimited support of the Client’s users of the system
• for Clients who do not have the SAP HR payroll system – implementation of the SAP HR system based on a model prepared especially for providing BPO services.
• consulting services performed by experienced SAP consultants of the BCC Group, expansion of the currently used SAP functionalities to include nonstandard elements, according to the Client’s needs.
• maintenance of the SAP HR system (updating on the basis of changing legal regulations, technical administration of the system, hosting of the system in the data processing center of the BCC Group)

Advantages of using the model comprise:

• possibility of initiating the provision of BPO services even within a month after contract conclusion
• using the best practices regarding HR process support, worked out on the basis of long-term experience of the BCC Group in implementation and servicing of SAP HR solutions
• possibility of integrating with other IT applications of the Client – for example the financial or controlling system
• possibility of expanding the system by HR functionalities not included in the model

The use of a model requires purchasing a SAP software license which:

• makes the Client the owner of complete rights to the system and data included in it
• makes it possible to develop SAP solutions in other areas (finances, logistics)
