External Services of the BCC Group works for Feroco S.A., one of Poland’s leading transportation engineering company. The service involves payroll calculation and salary administration based on SAP HR.

External Services handles the process of payroll calculation for nearly 400 employees at Feroco S.A. External Services is responsible for tasks including preparing payroll lists, pay slips, generating salary transfers, making salary reports and periodic settlements as well as cooperation with external authorities such as Social Insurance Company (ZUS) and Tax Office.

"The breadth of External Services’ offer determined our decision on changing a BPO partner. Apart from the basic service of salary calculation, we received a template SAP HR system, which we integrated with SAP ERP and which we can develop according to our future business needs”, says Marcin Strzelczyk, Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer at Feroco S.A.

The implementation of a SAP HR template solution for payroll and HR administration was a significant element of taking over the salary calculation at Feroco S.A. The project was carried out by External Services together with BCC - a SAP HCM expert partner. The executed implementation resulted in expanding cooperation also in the area of IT outsourcing – Feroco S.A. uses BCC outsourcing center for SAP HR hosting and administration.
