External Services: Customers` data even more secure

External Services from BCC Group, a company specializing in the support of payroll processes and human resources administration, uses EasyClone application in SAP. The new tool increases the confidentiality and security of the data of the served customers.

EasyClone solution is an extension of SAP HR system standard. This application enables development of test environments, in which the actual human resources information is used, such as employee data, results of payroll settlement, work time or organizational structure. The main advantage of this solution is the option of anonymization of the selected data, e.g. employee personal data or amount of remuneration. As a result, it is possible to quickly develop the environments, in which the actual data is tested, keeping any security standards. External Services uses EasyClone above all for handing of soft HR processes, advisory and HR audits.
