External Services from BCC Group, a company specializing in the processing of BPO HR processes, takes advantage of the EasyPIT-11 solution. The extension of the SAP HR standard enables placing of the tax-payer address directly in the PIT-11 tax return.
The traditional way of sending the PIT-11 tax returns to the employees requires placing their correspondence address on the envelopes. Thanks to the new tool, the printed tax returns include the correspondence addresses, which are visible after their placing into the window envelope.
Using EasyPIT-11 enables acceleration of the process of correspondence preparation to thousands employees of the companies, which are handled by External Services. Recently, the company implemented also the e-Deklaracje package in SAP HR, which enable the automatic generation and sending of PIT tax returns to the revenue offices.
