External Services from BCC Group, a company specializing in handling of BPO HR, optimizes the handling of own customers thanks to the e-Deklaracje package in SAP HR. This solution enables automatic generation and sending of PIT tax returns to the revenue offices.
One of the element of handling the payroll processes by External Services is the preparation of PIT tax returns of customer’s employees. The traditional method of sending the tax returns consists in their sending in a paper form to many revenue offices. In connection with the Internet service, which was made available by the Ministry of Finance, by means of which it is possible to send the tax returns, External Services uses the e-Deklaracje solution in SAP HR for handling of PIT tax returns.

e-Deklaracje application in SAP HR is the extension of SAP standard enabling sending of PIT-11, PIT-8C i PIT-40 tax returns in an electronic way. Basing on the new tool, External Services sends the customers’ electronic tax returns from SAP HR system directly to the IT system of the Ministry of Finance. As a result, it minimizes the error risk in case of operations connected with the preparation of paper tax returns, enveloping and addressing. At the same time, thanks to the automation of the process, the data of the customers handled by the company are completely secure.
