Management

The Management Board of External Services consists of:

Piotr Rogala, President of the Management Board of External Services

Graduate of the Poznań University of Economics. He also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Earlier he worked, among other companies, for Żywiec Trade. He joined BCC Group in 1998 as the Financial Director responsible for development and implementation of the financial strategy of the company and since 2001 as the Member of the Management Board of BCC sp. z o.o. Since September 2008 he has been the Financial Director and the Member of the Board of 7milowy.

He is an enthusiast of heavy metal music and he participates in car rallies. He likes to spend his free time with his family, especially skiing.

Michał Szymaczek, Member of the Board of External Services

He graduated from the University of Technology in Poznań. Associated with BCC Group since 1997, as a manager he has been responsible for the business development in the Human Capital Management area since 2005.

Michał Szymaczek is expert in the SAP HR area. He participated in more than 30 implementations, including the biggest undertakings of this kind in Poland: in Metro Group and PKN Orlen. He holds the SAP HR certificate and the PMP certificate. In his spare time he reads good books and he enjoys sports.
